Celebrate the arrival of 2012 with bright and colorful flowers such as Allium, Carnations, Iris', Orchids, Roses, Tulips, Magnolias, Tea Roses, Pussywillows and more. New to our wedding/party line are floral tapes, rhinestone buckles and more colors in the rose petals and Mix Elegant Bouquets. We also carry garlands, Hawaiian leis, foliage, fruits, butterflies/birds, purses and purse hooks.

SEASONAL PREBOOKING DEADLINE is Feb. 29, 2012. Please submit your Fall and Christmas bookings via website, phone, fax or at the next trade show in Vancouver, Toronto or Edmonton. We have lots of new bushes, berry sprays, swags, mistletoes, garlands, glitter sprays, poinsettia clips, Deco (sequin/metallic) sprays and more.

N . S . F . CHEQUE: $45 service charge

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: A service charge of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be applied to invoices that are 40 days past date of invoice. Delivery of orders will be delayed until the account becomes current.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Returned or exchanged items are subject to a 25% restocking charge. All items must be returned within 10 days of invoice date with our approval. All approved returned items must be in saleable condition.

CLAIMS:
Claims for lost or damaged goods via transit must be made with the freight company. Claims for internal shortage must be reported within 7 days in receipt of goods.

A credit note will be issued by our head office upon approval of the claim.
