N . S . F . CHEQUE:
$35 service charge
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS:
A service charge of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be
applied to invoices that are 40 days past date of invoice. Delivery of orders
will be delayed until the account becomes current.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Returned or exchanged items are subject to a 25% restocking
charge.
All items must be returned within 10 days of invoice date
with our approval.
All approved returned items must be in saleable condition.
CLAIMS:
Claims for lost or damaged goods via transit must be made
with the freight company. Claims for internal shortage must be reported within
7 days in receipt of goods.
A credit note will be issued by our head office upon
approval of the claim.
